Well I've still not managed to find any gainful employment, but I've been keeping myself busy working on products for Wendle Handmade, my newest venture. One of the items I've made is this button art piece.
The button art is displayed in a 9"x9"x2" shadow box that I purchased at an op shop and restored (I removed the glass from the frame for photo taking purposes). As well as handmade fabric buttons, this box contains a hand embroidered fabric heart and a decorative bottle cap.
All the items I'm making for Wendle Handmade are unique one off designs and I'm having lots of fun thinking up new items to make. No time to get bored on the assembly line! haha.I haven't set up a stall yet, while I put together a range of products, but I can't resist sharing a few sneaky peaks.
I've also been playing with my logo and label design and so far I like this one.
But I've also stitched one in colour and I can't decide whether I want to use this one, the black one, or both! haha.
